Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within two business days from the date the order was placed. Please consider order processing time when selecting a shipping method.
Shipping Methods
We use Canada Post to ship orders, and we offer expedited shipping at no extra cost to you. Packages shipped are trackable and insured. If you would like to use a courier service, please contact us via the form on the contact page. Please note, FedEx and UPS do not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
Glare Ceramic will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.
Please note that once your order has shipped, Glare Ceramic is not liable for any shipments lost or damaged in transit. However, if insurance is claimed, you will be reimbursed accordingly.
